Shipping

We strive to provide the cheapest and safest method of shipping available. Depending on your location and size/weight of product purchased. Australia Post provide most of our transport needs. We take great care in packaging your purchases however are unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, tracking numbers are provided for parcel post but not for post that is sent by letter.  

Combined Postage

Unfortunately our website is unable to recognise multi purchase orders with the same shipping amount.  We have tried to have this rectified with no success.  Additional post charges may be available on multi purchase orders as per the banner at the top of the website.  Charges are based on what we are charged from Aust Post. 

Returns

Faulty or damaged items – contact must be made within 3 days of product being received to advise the defect and photos must be forwarded by either email or message.  Failure to do this within the time frame may result in us not being able to assist you.   For items damaged in transit, the matter will be forwarded to the transport provider and the outcome notified as soon as we are provided with the information.  

Change of mind – we understand you may change your mind on your purchase.  We are happy for you to send the item back for a refund as long as you have notified us your intention within 3 days of the product being received.  The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.   You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.  PLEASE NOTE:  A fee of 10% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover costs that we are not refunded by finance institutions and website platforms.  Thanks for your understanding in the matter, we are no longer able to absorb this cost ourselves for customer change of mind.
