Shipping

We strive to provide the cheapest and safest method of shipping available. Depending on your location and size/weight of product purchased. Australia Post and Fastway Couriers provide most of our transport needs. We take great care in packaging your purchases however are unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, we are happy supply tracking numbers for the above transport providers upon request

Combined Postage

We are happy to pass on postage discounts for multiple purchases, please make your purchase using the BUY IT NOW button and WAIT for us to forward you an invoice. Please DO NOT proceed to the checkout.  Feel free to message us if you experience any problems.

Returns

Faulty or damaged items – contact must be made within 3 days of product being received to advise the defect and photos must be forwarded by either email or message.  Failure to do this within the time frame may result in us not being able to assist you.   For items damaged in transit, the matter will be forwarded to the transport provider and the outcome notified as soon as we are provided with the information.

Change of mind – we understand you may change your mind on your purchase.  We are happy for you to send the item back for a refund as long as you have notified us your intention within 3 days of the product being received.  The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs.   You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.
